You Succeed with Your Product
To
help you create a successful product, I'll take on projects as a consultant in
the areas of product marketing, product launch, and methods to increase revenue.
Your
Situation: Your Product is in Development
Your
product is in development, but you need help getting into the market. The consulting
work I perform for you will depend on your situation and needs.
Often a
good first step is a Product Launch Plan. This is a plan of all the items needed
to bring your product into the market. Having a Product Launch Plan provides you
with a clear guide and roadmap to focus your activities.
- You
may desire to have me work on specific projects to get your product into the market
such as — determining product pricing, creating marketing strategies, creating
product requirements, creating a website plan, and other areas.
Your
Situation: Your Product is in the Market
Your
product is in the market, but sales are not what you expected. The consulting
work I perform for you will depend on your situation and needs.
Often
a good first step is a Marketing Analysis and Strategic Plan. This is an analysis
of your market, competition, market success factors, customer buying behavior,
as well as a review of the strategies and tactics you have performed. The result
is a set of new strategies and tactics to achieve your goals and objectives going
forward.
- You
may desire to have me work on specific projects to grow sales such as — finding
new markets, overcoming competition, positioning your product line, driving traffic
to your website, generating awareness, improving selling effectiveness, and other
areas.
Working
As Your Consultant
As your consultant, I'll work on your behalf
to make your product a success. We can work on either a fixed fee for a project
or on an hourly rate:
- Fixed
Fee - Based on your situation and desired outcomes, I'll provide you with
a quote for a specific project. The first step is a Consultation Meeting - see
below.
- Hourly
- On an hourly basis, I'll provide you with advice, take on small projects, review
your plans, develop strategies and tactics. Hourly consulting is in blocks of
five hours. You
decide how you want to use my time. The
first step is a Consultation Meeting - see below.

I have the unique ability to understand both the technical issues and business
needs in launching, marketing, and selling new products.
When you engage
me as your consultant, you have access to my experience in product development
and product marketing, as well as a network of resources.
Getting
Started
There
is a charge of $150 to review your situation in a one-hour telephone meeting.
If you decide not to use my services within three months time, half the amount
($75) is returned to you. If we work together, you are credited with $150 toward
the first project.

5 Hour Block of Time
Order consulting time to help you with projects,
review
documents, plan and develop marketing strategies, brainstorming meetings, or training.

Day in Person
Full day with you to work on planning, development,
launch, and sales growth. Includes two hours of telephone meetings ahead of time,
review of documents up to 20 pages, and one hour post telephone meeting. Full
day meeting in Lubbock, Texas.
